1) Acceptance, Eligibility, and Minimum Age

This Site provides educational training only and does not directly sell appliances or consumer products. Any references to appliance categories, features, specifications, or comparison criteria are provided for training and skill-building purposes. Training outcomes depend on practice, local retail processes, and the products available in your workplace.

The Site content is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for manufacturer installation requirements, safety instructions, or legally required product documentation. For any appliance demonstration, installation, or safety-critical handling, you must follow the relevant workplace procedures and the product’s official guidance.

3) What We Provide (and What We Do Not)

The Site may include descriptions of course topics, curriculum snapshots, learning outcomes, benefits, and examples of training frameworks such as decision matrices, comparison heuristics, feature mapping, and consultative talk tracks. We may update the Site, revise the curriculum descriptions, or change how the training is presented over time.

The Site is not an e-commerce store. We do not process online payments through the Site, and we do not offer appliance purchase, financing, delivery, installation, or warranty services. Any enquiry or registration made through the Site is an expression of interest and may be followed by email communication.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sojrevixu Education Ltd and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim related to the Site will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sojrevixu Education Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) information you submit through the Site that infringes the rights of a third party or violates applicable law.

11) Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, labour disputes, pandemics, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, or failures of hosting providers or third-party infrastructure.

12) International Use

18) Assignment

19) No Waiver
